What happens
Ranger Bill and his young friend JoJo travel on the Golden Wing bound for Porto Cabello, where they have been invited by the ship's captain. Soon after boarding, a turbaned passenger in silk robes catches their attention, and the two boys notice a mysterious man who seems to be listening at cabin doors and writing in a notebook. Bill and JoJo begin to suspect something is wrong, and they confer with the captain and the ship's detective, Charlie Phillips, about the stranger's behaviour. The mystery grows as the passengers grow uneasy and the ship's staff work to identify him before he can cause further trouble on the voyage.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
