What happens
Ranger Bill and Henry track a poacher known as the Wolverine, who has been shooting protected game in the forest and cannot be caught. Ranger Bill and Henry and Gray Wolf chase the Wolverine after they spot him on a rim rock and he leaves them a note mocking their failure. Later Ranger Bill learns from reports that a poacher is killing fur seals in Arctic waters, and the evidence matches the Wolverine's tracks and bullets. Ranger Bill and Henry sail north aboard Captain Stormweather's ship to find him. The poacher's black sloop escapes into fog, and the story turns on a chase among icebergs.
The forest and rim rock country, then the Arctic seas and icebergs off the coast of Alaska

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
