What happens
Phil Harris, sponsored by RCA Victor, sneaks a commercial into his program, and the network executive Mr. Scott is furious. Scott blames his new president, Remley, and Phil's friend Frankie Remley writes a clumsy pitch that makes the sponsor even angrier. To keep his job, Phil promises to double sales, so Harris, Alice Faye, Remley and Curly visit a department store to sell an RCA Victor television set. The store's salesman walks off the floor, and the four take matters into their own hands. The series is The Phil Harris Alice Faye Show, first broadcast on NBC on April 8, 1951.
The RCA Victor offices, Phil Harris's house, a department store, and a suburban street in Encino, California

Listen for: Frankie Remley's garbled commercial and the department store sales scene
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
