What happens
Frankie Remley is eager to buy a business and asks Phil Harris and Alice Faye for a loan of $45,000. They refuse, so Frankie turns to Curly, a friend, and borrows $200 from Phil, who is willing to invest that much. Frankie buys what turns out to be a tourist agency made of an orange crate, a camp chair and a battered bus. Phil learns of the deal and goes to see it for himself. The Phil Harris and Alice Faye show is a comedy broadcast on NBC, first aired on November 4, 1951, with Phil Harris and Alice Faye in the lead roles.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
