What happens
Phil Harris is invited over by his friend Elliot Lewis, who has won two round-trip tickets to the Orient with a stopover in Honolulu. Elliot wants Phil to join him, but Phil knows his wife Alice will object. Phil and Elliot try a series of schemes to talk their way out of his marriage obligations and secure the trip.
