What happens
Our Miss Brooks, a high school English teacher, is caught up in the football fever sweeping Madison High. Her pupil Walter Denton is cut from the football squad because there is no uniform left for him. Stretch Snodgrass, a star athlete, has been moving to his aunt's house, and Jason Brill, principal of rival Clay City High, has been courting him. Miss Brooks and Mr. Conklin, the principal of Madison High, become suspicious of Brill's intentions. The episode is a 1949 CBS Radio comedy from the Our Miss Brooks series, starring Eve Arden and Gale Gordon. It was first broadcast on October 2, 1949.
