What happens
Miss Brooks, an English teacher at Madison High, is asked to open the school one morning, but the key is accidentally carried off by her landlady, Mrs. Davis, who has left for her sister Angela's house. Mr. Conklin, the principal, grows increasingly anxious as the students gather outside, and Miss Brooks sends Walter Denton to retrieve the key. The Our Miss Brooks series, a CBS Radio comedy, stars Eve Arden, with Gale Gordon, Jeff Chandler and Richard Crenna in the cast. The episode was originally broadcast on June 5, 1949.
