What happens

Inventor Mr. Baker arrives at Lieutenant Riley's office claiming that World Research has murdered him by saturating his body with gamma rays from a hidden projector in his laboratory equipment. Nick Carter and Patsy begin investigating Baker's extraordinary accusations, but when they visit his lab, they find him genuinely dead—shot with a .25-caliber automatic. Nick must determine whether Baker's gamma ray murder story was real or a cover for something else entirely.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
