What happens

Nick Carter agrees to help an old friend retrieve a mysterious metal container hidden inside a dish of macaroni at a cafeteria, but he must beat a dangerous man in a green hat to get it. When Nick and his secretary Patsy secure the dish, they're kidnapped by the green hat man and taken to a warehouse where a mysterious colonel demands the container.
