What happens
Jane Stacy shares a New York apartment with her friend Irma Peterson, whose boyfriend Al has been out of work for years. Irma has headaches and resists wearing glasses, fearing that they will cost her Al's affection. The series My Friend Irma aired on CBS Radio, and this installment, The Eyes Have It, was first broadcast on December 8, 1947. Marie Wilson plays Irma and Cathy Lewis plays Jane.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
