What happens

Captain Bradford and Elaine wait aboard their rocket plane on the South Pacific near the escape lock of the underwater city of Eucchitia, while the Gregory boat speeds toward them. Mrs. Gregory, Jerry and Joan worry about the two who have gone ahead, and their conversations in the radio cabin reveal their doubts about the captain's position. Tex reports by radio that the rocket plane is safe and that the submarine locks remain shut. The chief engineer, McLeod, warns that the boat's motors are being overworked at full speed, and Jerry and Joan decide to keep Mrs. Gregory unaware of a change in the boat's speed.

The rocket plane floating on the South Pacific Ocean above the underwater city of Eucchitia, and the Gregory boat travelling toward it, including its radio cabin and engine room.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
