What happens
Mrs. Gregory waits anxiously at the harbor with her employee Johnson for her son Jerry and Joan, who were meant to follow Captain Bradford and the Euclydian girl to Euclydia. The rocket plane has taken off from Lake Hollywood to reach Euclydia before G-47 and the scientists escape, and Mrs. Gregory fears for everyone's safety after three hours without word. Jerry finally calls from jail, explaining that he and Joan stopped two newspapermen from reporting the flight. Jerry and Joan then reach the boat under a police escort, and the party prepares to set off.
Los Angeles, California, the harbor where Mrs. Gregory's boat waits, and Lake Hollywood, with the Magic Island of Euclydia over 4,000 miles away
Characters: Mrs. Gregory, Johnson, Jerry, Joan, Captain Bradford, Sergeant
Listen for: Jerry's phone call from jail, and the later account of how he and Joan stopped the reporters
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
