What happens
Captain Bradford and Mrs. Gregory, back in Los Angeles, plan to return to the Magic Island of Euclidea to put its scientists under regulation before their inventions reach the mainland. Joan argues that the Euclidians could benefit the world, and Mrs. Gregory explains why parents give orders that children should follow. Joan and Jerry are expected to stay behind to attend school, and Jerry arrives late for a planned evening out. The adults warn that Phalese, an electrical scientist, may still be dangerous, so the young people are kept close. Joan and Jerry object to being left behind, and Joan insists she will return to the island regardless.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
