What happens

In September 1939, Tom Collier, a wealthy young heir, meets two magazine writers, Kristi Sage and Cecilia Henry, at his birthday party in Connecticut. Tom later takes over the struggling Banner magazine with Kristi's help, and his affections drift between the two women. Kristi refuses his marriage proposal, and Tom turns instead to Cecilia, who is eager to marry into money. The Lux Radio Theatre production of One More Tomorrow, broadcast on June 9, 1947, stars Dennis Morgan, Jane Wyman and Alexis Smith. This recording covers only part of the story, so the outcome of Tom's marriage remains unresolved here.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
