What happens

Larry Wilson, a Habersville, Pennsylvania civic leader, is rescued from the sea after a shipboard accident, but wakes up with no memory of the last nine years. Doc Ryan, a ship's passenger, believes Wilson is a confidence man and suggests he reclaim his money from the Habersville bank. Upon arriving home, Larry meets his wife Kay, who has been planning to divorce him, and must piece together his life. This is the Lux Radio Theatre production of I Love You Again, broadcast on June 30, 1941, starring Myrna Loy and Cary Grant, with Frank McHugh.

Characters: Larry Wilson, Doc Ryan, Kay Wilson, Herb

Listen for: Larry's confused attempts to understand his own past, and Kay's reaction when she learns he is no longer the man she knew

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
