Meanwhile his young friend Reginald Courtney, who is in love with Marianna, asks Brummell for help in winning over her father. This episode of the Lux Radio Theatre, first broadcast on July 5, 1937, stars Robert Montgomery as Brummell and Madge Evans as Marianna, with Leo G. Carroll as Mortimer and Bramwell Fletcher as Reginald.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
