What happens
Joe Keller, a Midwestern factory owner, welcomes his son Chris and Annie, the former fiancee of his late son Larry, back to the family home. Joe wants Chris and Annie to be happy, but Kate Keller still believes Larry is alive and resents Annie's presence. Two years earlier, defective cylinders from Keller's plant led to the crash of twenty-one air force pilots, and Joe was cleared while his partner went to prison. This Lux Radio Theatre adaptation of Arthur Miller's play All My Sons aired on May 1, 1950, starring Burt Lancaster, Edward Arnold, Scott Brady and Anne Pierce. Tensions rise as Chris proposes to Annie and George, Annie's brother, arrives from Springfield with troubling news.
A Midwestern town, two years after the end of World War II, at the Keller home, a nearby lake restaurant, and the Keller factory.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
