What happens
Lum and Abner, the proprietors of the general store in Pine Ridge, are cheered that Mousey Gray has settled the Hogan family feud. Mousey has been working at the store and has recently become known for knocking out a mill hand. When a carnival arrives in town advertising a prizefighter called Iron Eye, offering money to anyone who can last two rounds with him, Lum and Abner decide to get Mousey into the ring. They begin planning to rename him and to train him for the match.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
