What happens
George Valentine is hired by Relita, a circus acrobat in strawberry-colored tights, to protect the life of Fofo, a fearless clown performer who works with snakes and elephants. Relita had written a confession letter stating she would kill Fofo, but the letter has gone missing from her waistband, and she fears someone will use it to frame her for his murder.
A traveling circus with various acts including acrobats, snake handlers, and elephant performers.
Characters: George Valentine, Relita, Fofo the clown, Freddy, Boxer
Listen for: The mystery of who stole Relita's confession letter and what they plan to do with it; George's investigation into the circus performers and Fofo's unpopularity.
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
