What happens
Johnny Dollar, a special insurance investigator, looks into a brutal attack on an elderly invalid, Mr. O'Shea, who lives with his male nurse, Harry Marshall. Marshall had recently arranged for a change to O'Shea's life insurance and had visited George Reed, Johnny's client, the night of the assault. Johnny questions the people connected to the house, including a hard-tempered neighbor, Mr. Wakeley, who had complained about the loud television. Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar is a radio series, and this episode aired on CBS Radio on November 29, 1959, with Bob Bailey and Edmond O'Brien among the lead actors.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
