What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar travels to Laguna Beach to meet his contact Ted Flugger, who reluctantly takes him fishing while hinting at trouble involving Barney Bessum, an appliance dealer whose partners are suspected criminals. As they fish off San Clemente Island, Ted finally reveals that last night's low tide exposed something significant that he needs to show Johnny.
