What happens
Johnny Dollar, an insurance investigator, works to recover stolen uncut diamonds taken in a robbery at the Zurich airport. He is in the village of Klybach, where postcards sent to a dead man, Sebastian, may hold a clue to where the stones are hidden. Johnny suspects both Ilse Shafer and an Englishman, Jeffrey Harris, and he finds a rifle with a telescopic sight in Harris's room. Later, while walking with Elsa through the village, Johnny believes they are being followed. He sets a trap in an alley, sending Elsa away, and a man ends up dead after falling from an upstairs window. The episode is part of the Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar series, first broadcast on CBS Radio on October 4, 1956, starring Bob Bailey.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
