What happens
Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar is summoned by Art Engles of International Life and Casualty to meet Jay Ransom Wendell, a wealthy lithograph company owner and important client who will only deal with Dollar. Wendell explains that his wife, the former dancer Levanne, fears she is going to be murdered, though she has received no direct threat he knows of. Wendell asks Dollar to join them at their lodge outside Farmington as a guest and quiet protector. The Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar series, from CBS Radio, aired on May 8, 1960, with Bob Bailey in the title role. The story develops from the lodge visit as the situation grows more troubling.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
