What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar is called in to look into the case of missing heiress Genie Pirling, who disappeared over a year ago. A detective agency has been searching for her without success, and a phony newspaper report claimed she died in a boating accident. As Johnny investigates, he becomes suspicious that the case is far too neat and that there may be hidden money involved in her disappearance.
