What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar arrives in Ensenada, Mexico to protect comedian Charlie Burton after a death threat note is found. Burton dismisses it as a practical joke, but Dollar suspects someone connected to the production harbors genuine murderous intent. Meanwhile, a troubled leading actress harbors deep resentment toward Burton for interfering in her personal life.
