What happens
Johnny Dollar arrives in Sarasota, Florida for a fishing vacation, but his friend Earl Foreman drags him to his office before they can leave. Earl finally convinces Johnny that a fishing trip with Captain Barney Beale at Lemon Bay is purely recreational—no insurance matters involved. However, when they return to the dock and visit Captain Beale's garage to see his prized 1922 Maxwell automobile, they discover a dead man slumped behind the wheel.
Sarasota, Florida, including Earl Foreman's office, Lemon Bay, and Captain Beale's garage
Characters: Johnny Dollar, Earl Foreman, Captain Barney Beale, Dr. Hill
Listen for: The discovery of a mysterious corpse in the locked garage; questions about how the man got inside and whether it's suicide or murder.
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
