What happens

Johnny Dollar, a freelance insurance investigator, is sent to recover a stolen Chilini medallion. Working through Paris contacts, he learns the medallion is hidden in a case of wine shipped aboard the clipper ship Clamper Hall to San Francisco. Dollar travels to the city and enlists his former informant Smokey Sullivan, who points him to the waterfront and to a fence named Frankie Gerstell. At Pier 93 they find the night watchman dead, and Dollar goes into the dark warehouse to search for the marked case. The Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar series aired on CBS Radio in 1959, starring Bob Bailey.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
