What happens
Johnny Dollar, an insurance investigator for the Philadelphia Mutual Liability and Casualty Company, is hired by Harry Branson to look into a series of mysterious disappearances of policyholders. Johnny learns that the missing men were elderly wine enthusiasts who had each named Edward Alden Polley as the heir to their wine collections. Starting in Kirkwood, New Jersey, he travels through the small towns of the region, speaking with lawyers, local police and the men's friends. The episode is part of the Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar series, first broadcast on CBS Radio on May 24, 1959, starring Bob Bailey in the lead role.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
