What happens

Johnny Dollar is in Florida trying to avoid going back north when his insurance company contact Don Boonhauer calls him to Sarasota with what he claims is an urgent matter. It turns out the emergency is just a tax form that needs signing, but when Johnny steps outside Don's office, a blonde woman's car begins backfiring loudly, drawing a crowd. Johnny helps investigate the car trouble and finds himself charmed by the mysterious young woman.
