What happens

Insurance investigator Johnny Dollar travels to Rio de Janeiro to investigate a series of railroad crashes on the Belo-Horizonte line. Railroad president Benjamin Halli suspects sabotage and blames foreman Henry Myers, but Myers claims the accidents were caused by broken pins that someone deliberately failed to report before the engines left the yard.

Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, Brazil; a hospital room, the railroad executive offices, a taxi, and Myers' home

Characters: Johnny Dollar, Benjamin J. Halli, Henry Myers, Mrs. Myers, The taxi driver

Listen for: The mystery of who knew about the broken pins and deliberately allowed the damaged engines to leave the yard, setting the stage for further investigation into potential sabotage.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
