What happens

Sam Randall and his uncle Dan, owners of the Randall Brothers Circus, choose a boarding school for Jerry, a young circus performer who must leave the show to get an education. They settle on Fair Oaks Military Academy, praising its instructors, its horses and its lake, and Dan leaves to arrange the enrollment. Jerry, who would rather finish the season with his friends, is told he will soon be his own guardian's responsibility and that his savings are safe in the bank. Sam then reveals that he has been holding back most of Jerry's salary, enough to pay the tuition, and Jerry is reassured. The enrollment is confirmed by phone, and Jerry agrees to go, though he is unsure about leaving his dog Rags behind.

The Randall Brothers Circus winter quarters and lot, with Sam Randall's office wagon, and a long-distance phone call to Fair Oaks Military Academy.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
