What happens

Jerry, a young performer with a circus, gives his final performance with the elephant El Mundo, standing on the animal's head in a new trick. Afterward his friends gather to say goodbye as he prepares to leave the circus and travel to school. Olsen, Bob, Sam, the Major and others share farewells, and Clara gives him a gift. Jerry worries about leaving the circus and his animal friends behind as the group heads to the train station.

A circus, including its big top, animal menagerie and wagons, and then a train station on the way out of town.

Characters: Jerry, El Mundo, Olsen, Bob, Sam, Major, Clara, Spike

Listen for: Jerry's farewell with El Mundo and the friends who see him off at the train station.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
