What happens
Jerry and his friend Greg watch the circus crew raise the tents for another day, and Jerry hurries to the office wagon of Mr. Randall, the circus owner, to learn whether the counterfeiter Nettie has been caught. Randall reports that Nettie was arrested at the Silver Springs post office and that he has confessed to planting counterfeit money in the mattress of Spike, a worker with the show. Spike is expected to be cleared of charges. Later, a runaway truck crashes onto the sidewalk and breaks a fire hydrant, pouring water toward the big top. Randall and his crew scramble to hold back the flood before the afternoon matinee.
