What happens
Jerry and Tom visit the circus track where Mr. Rogers is preparing his horse Blaze for the afternoon's handicap race. Warren, the jockey Mr. Rogers hired, quits at the last minute to ride for Mr. Elson, leaving the team without a rider. Tom offers to take the job, and after a timed workout Jerry and Mr. Rogers consider whether he can handle Blaze over the full distance. The episode follows the preparations for the race and the worry over the horse's chances.
