What happens
Tom visits the jail to question Mr. Platt about his missing father, but Platt refuses to say where Tom's father is, only telling him to look for him. Afterward Tom, Jerry, and Jason cut vegetables at the mess tent, and Jason reveals that the Major keeps sending flowers to Carmen Bandini, who is annoyed by them. The boys plan to send her a mock bouquet of vegetables instead, with Tom delivering it at dinner. Jason also mentions a faulty generator that may cause the lights to fail during the night show.
A city jail and then the circus lot, including the mess tent, where the circus folk prepare meals.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
