What happens
Jerry and his friend Bumps investigate a series of thefts at the circus, where Jerry is searching for a thief who has been stealing from Clara's tent. Following a shadowy figure at night, they find large footprints and discover that a chimpanzee may be involved. Their suspicions also turn toward the Major, after Patsy's white rhinestone dress is found in his wagon. Jerry visits his uncle Dan at the hospital, and the two of them make plans to catch the culprit before the circus moves on. The episode is part of the Jerry of the Circus series, which aired on July 19, 1937.
