What happens

Jerry, a young boy newly arrived with a circus, spends the evening in the pad room and around the grounds with his dog Rags. He meets Patsy, a young performer, and learns that her father was a friend of Jerry's late father, and that a Danny Dugan, a big game hunter, has been missing for about five years. Jerry is taken on by circus manager Mr. Randall and befriends a man named Decker, who speaks warmly of him but is clearly disturbed by Rags. Later Decker reveals his dislike of dogs and plans to deal with the animal. The episode ends on a tense note regarding Rags.

A traveling circus, with its pad room, main tent, midway and wagons.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
