What happens
Jack Benny broadcasts from Camp Haan in California, where he and his valet Rochester arrive after riding a tandem bicycle from Hollywood. Benny jokes with Don Wilson, Mary Livingston and Phil Harris about their trip, and Dennis Day asks for a ride home on the bus. Benny then hosts a new quiz show, Try and Get It, promising $24 to each of five contestants. The contestants include Myrtle Minkle Hopper, Phil Harris, Don Wilson and Dennis Day, and the questions are played for laughs. The episode is from the Jell-O Program series, first broadcast on April 12, 1942, with Jack Benny, Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris in the leading roles.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
