What happens
Jack Benny and his cast exchange Christmas gifts on his Sunday radio show, and the gifts are mostly jokes. Jack gives Don Wilson a combination electric razor and shoe brush, and Phil Harris a hair tonic that resembles mayonnaise. Mary Livingstone receives a charm bracelet marked as gold-plated, while Kenny Baker gets a musical collar button. Later the cast stages a comic version of Little Red Riding Hood, with Benny playing Old Man Hood, Livingstone as Red, Baker as Robin, and Harris as a wood chopper. The program is the 1937 holiday broadcast of The Jell-O Program starring Jack Benny, aired on NBC and CBS Radio on December 19, 1937, with Benny, Livingstone, Eddie Anderson and Phil Harris in the leading roles.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
