What happens
Jack Benny hosts his radio program the day after Christmas, with Mary Livingstone, Eddie Anderson as Rochester, Phil Harris and Don Wilson on hand. Wilson is named America's top radio announcer, and Benny teases him about the honor, while the cast trades jokes about their Christmas gifts and about a magazine article praising Benny. Dennis Day, Mary, Phil and others drop in with mishaps and running gags, and a sponsor-sung commercial falls apart when the quartet is sick. Benny prepares to host a dinner for his new girlfriend, Daisy Dickinson, and the episode closes with an announcement that the program will move to another network the following week.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
