Jack Benny's dressing room and studio, and the Day family home in Los Angeles, around the time of a radio broadcast
Characters: Jack Benny, Mary Livingstone, Rochester, Don Wilson, Dennis Day, Bob Crosby, Herman Nevach, Mrs. Day
Listen for: Benny's exchange with Mrs. Day at the Day home, in which Benny urges Mr. Day to assert himself.
Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
