What happens
The Green Hornet investigates a suspicious salvage operation in a quiet bay, where a salvage company is supposedly working to recover debris from the war. Publisher Britt Reid, aided by his valet Kato and his assistant Kate Owen, learns that the work has not actually started and that the crew may be searching for a strong box of stolen cash from an earlier robbery. Reid goes underwater in a diving suit to see what is down there, while Owen works the air pump above. Criminals arrive by motorboat, and the tension rises as they confront him on the surface. Reid is a crime fighter who relies on careful planning and quick thinking to stop the racketeers.
A bay and shore road at night, near a cove where a salvage scow is anchored, with a nearby city and its warehouse.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
