What happens
Britt Reid, publisher of the Daily Sentinel, is told by Senator Burnley that he has just married Pamela, whose only brother Frank Hobart is believed lost at sea. Racketeer Bart Sartel learns from a henchman that a parolee calling himself Mercer may be Frank Hobart, and he sets out to use this to pressure the Senator. Mercer is forced into a planned warehouse robbery, and the Green Hornet becomes involved. The episode is part of The Green Hornet radio series, which was first broadcast on October 27, 1946.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
