Publisher Britt Reid, working as the Green Hornet with his valet Kato, investigates the threats and follows the rackets. The story is part of The Green Hornet radio series, first broadcast on August 24, 1939.

A city in the late 1930s, including a builders' district, a lumberyard, the offices of the Daily Sentinel newspaper, and a rough neighborhood hideout used by Carlotti's gang.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
