What happens

Britt Reid, publisher of the Daily Sentinel, travels to San Francisco with his assistant Kato for an international peace conference, having gotten his name onto the list of press representatives. Reid must investigate the disappearance while the conference approaches, and he wonders whether the matter is connected to the fingerprint checks and a body found on the beach.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
