What happens
Reporter Britt Reid and his assistant Lenny investigate boxing manager Tank Dolan after young fighter Danny Cannon collapses from hunger and exhaustion. Dolan, they learn, exploits club fighters for almost nothing, and Cannon has vanished. When a South American fighter, the Pampas Panther, appears under Dolan's management, Britt begins to suspect a link. The Green Hornet series aired on August 3, 1939, and this episode is part of that run. The story follows Britt and Lenny as they pursue Dolan and the fight game's shady dealings.
