What happens

Throckmorton P. Gildersleeve, head of the water department, plans a 1951 calendar for his customers and wants a pretty girl pictured on it. His nephew Bronco Thompson, who sells calendars on the side, and Gildersleeve's niece Marjorie and her family are part of the household. Gildersleeve has promised Catherine Milford, the nurse, that she will appear, but Vicki Chase arrives with her own photographs, and Gildersleeve starts juggling the two women's expectations. The episode is part of The Great Gildersleeve series, first broadcast on NBC on November 22, 1950, with Harold Peary and Willard Waterman among the leads.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
