Military officials take the professor into custody and plan a demonstration test, and the professor grows increasingly unhappy about being used. The story is part of the Dimension X series, first broadcast on 1950-04-22, with the episode's cast including Bill Quinn as Clinton, Ed Jerome as Professor Barnhouse and Carl Weber as Major Cutthroat.

Listen for: Listen for the professor's dice rolls and the growing unease he expresses about his power being used by the military.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
