What happens
The Comic Weekly Man reads the funnies from Puck the Comic Weekly to a young listener, Miss Honey. He shares a set of comic strips, including Snookums, Flash Gordon, Dick Tracy-style adventures, Rusty Riley, Roy Rogers, Donald Duck, Dagwood and Blondie, Uncle Remus, and Prince Valiant. The strips are read aloud in order, with the listeners reacting along the way. The broadcast opens and closes with the host's greetings and invites the audience back for the next reading.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
