What happens
George Burns and Gracie Allen travel to a convention, but Gracie has lost the railroad tickets after handing them to a stranger at the studio. Meanwhile George is stuck with a boxing kangaroo that cannot be shipped with the baggage, and he is persuaded to escort a supposed Aunt Clara onto the train. Their journey is complicated by a taxi driver who cannot find the station, a sandwich mishap, and a mix-up about the destination. The broadcast is sponsored by Heinz Honey and Almond Cream, and Frank Parker, Ray Noble and his orchestra, and Truman Bradley appear alongside the stars. The series aired on CBS and NBC Radio, and this episode's original air date is May 8, 1940.

Written from the episode itself; it never gives away the ending. Every recording is remastered for the stream: cleaned of rumble, hiss and mains hum (and the old TV whine where we found it), then levelled in two passes to steady broadcast loudness, so one show is never quieter than the next.
